  • We strive to provide the best service to our valued clients while respecting our stylists' time and expertise. That's why we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for an available slot. For clients who don't show up for their appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will charge 50% of the total services booked to the card on file. We understand that emergencies can happen, but this policy ensures that our stylists are compensated for their time and that we can continue to provide the exceptional service you expect.

  • To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required upon booking. Please be assured that your card will not be charged until after the completion of your service. We understand the importance of flexibility in payment options, and you have the choice to pay with cash or an alternative card. This credit card requirement is also in adherence to our cancellation policy.

  • Our top priority is ensuring you leave looking and feeling your absolute best. Our no-refund policy reflects the considerable time, effort, and product investment we dedicate to delivering the optimal salon experience tailored just for you. In the rare event that you are unhappy with your service, we are more than happy to provide one complimentary correction.

    To take advantage of this, kindly notify the salon within 48 hours of your appointment, and schedule your correction within 5 days of the original service date. We value your satisfaction and appreciate the opportunity to make your experience exceptional.

  • Accessories, art and products are final sale.

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for keratin treatments, hair extensions, and bridal services to ensure a smooth and personalized experience for our clients. This deposit is essential because it secures your appointment and allows us to allocate the necessary time, resources, and staff to meet your specific needs.
